Upstate Comfort Foods

Upstate New York is home to many unique regional dishes and specialties that come from of the wide array of ethnicities and cultures in our area. Some of our favorite local dishes have gained nationwide popularity like Buffalo chicken wings, while the much lesser known Beef on Weck has lived in relative obscurity, but has its own cult-like following locally. I have been trying my hand at some of our most beloved regional dishes and scouting out delicious locally made products if you’ve got one you want to share, I’d love to give it a try, send me an email.
