Upstate New York is home to many unique regional dishes and specialties that come from of the wide array of ethnicities and cultures. Some of our favorite local dishes have gained nationwide popularity like Buffalo chicken wings, while the much lesser known Beef on Weck has lived in relative obscurity, but has its own cult-like following locally.
